Are you tired of feeling controlled by shame or old patterns of behavior?
Ken is a therapist and supervisor passionate about helping clients move from a place of survival to a life of calm, connection, and authenticity. He avoids “one-size-fits-all” agendas, preferring to work collaboratively with clients so they can reclaim their autonomy and freedom.
How Can Ken Help?
Ken employs an eclectic, evidence-based approach that creates a secure space for deep introspection. By utilizing Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), among other modalities, he helps clients gain concrete tools to manage intense emotions, self-harm, or suicidal ideation. As a queer-identified therapist, Ken brings deep professional and lived experience to religious trauma and the complexities of coming out, as well as unique insight into gamer mental health and online communities. He also works with neurodivergent folks.
