How Can Kristie Help
Kristie offers an integrative approach that both includes and goes beyond talk therapy depending on client needs. Using psychodynamic and insight-oriented therapy, compassionate inquiry, trauma & attachment-focused models, and “parts work,” she helps clients uncover the root causes of anxiety, shame, and burnout. Whether navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD) including late diagnosis, relationships including ENM/CNM, 2SLGBTQIA+ issues including coming out later in life, or the aftermath of trauma, Kristie provides a container that is both grounded and emotionally safe.
